We inform you that, for the establishment and execution of the contractual relationships in progress, TPA GROUP (VAT IT 02985370168), with a registered office in Via Bergamo 28 H, 23807 Merate LC, Italy ("Company") processes data personal data pursuant to EU Regulation/679/2016, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Legislative Decree 101/2018.
With reference to these data, we inform you that:
- the data is processed in relation to contractual requirements and the consequent fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them as well as to achieve effective management of commercial relations. The data will be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic, or telematic support;
- the provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to supply them or to subsequent processing may determine the impossibility to proceed with the contractual relationships;
- on the other hand, failure to provide all data that is not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be assessed from time to time and subject to further information;
- without prejudice to communications and disclosures made in compliance with legal obligations, the data may be communicated to:
- factoring companies;
- credit institutions;
- debt collection company;
- credit insurance company;
- professionals and consultants.
For the sole purpose of better management of the single commercial relationship, for the same purposes, the data may come to the knowledge of specific appointees and/or managers expressly appointed and trained.
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established, and also subsequently, for the fulfillment of all legal obligations and in any case for a time not exceeding 10 years from the signing of the contract, as a limitation period from contractual liability, or in addition to the cases expressly required by law.
With regard to the data itself, the interested party, or a person delegated in writing, can exercise the following rights:
- the right of access, expressly provided for by art. 15 of EU Regulation/679/2016, i.e. the possibility of accessing all personal information concerning him;

- the right of rectification, expressly provided for by art. 16 of EU Regulation/679/2016, i.e. the possibility of obtaining the updating of inaccurate personal data concerning him without justified delay;
- the right to be forgotten, expressly provided for by art. 17 of EU Regulation/679/2016, consisting of the right to cancel personal data concerning the person concerned;
- the right to limit treatment when one of the hypotheses provided for by Art. 18 of EU Regulation/679/2016;
- the right to data portability, expressly provided for by art. 20 of EU Regulation/679/2016, i.e. the right to obtain one's data in an interoperable format and/or the right to have one's personal data transmitted to another data controller without impediments by this Company;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, expressly provided for by art. 7 of EU Regulation/679/2016;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor in the event of a violation in the processing of data pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation/679/2016;
- the right to lodge a judicial appeal in the event of unlawful data processing, also against the acts taken by the Guarantor pursuant to art. 78 of EU Regulation/679/2016.
