After a kick-off theoretical training, the Fitter Apprentice will work together with an experienced Foreman Fitter, helping him in fitting operations within the planned missions. This experience will allow the Fitter Apprentice to develop proper skills to become a Foreman Fitter himself.
This paid training period can last from few months to about a year, depending on the attitude, the mission, and the type of installed lifts.

Driving license and language skills are always preferential items.
No specific skills are required, tough a basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical or construction fields would represent a plus.
