It’s the proper role for those who already have some experience in the lift industry and are willing to consolidate their position and reach higher targets.

Foreman Fitter, supported by one or more Apprentices, is the responsible of all the installation phases, such as:
- material storage on site
- preliminary measurements
- elevator assembly
- commissioning
- direct communication with management
- Apprentices practical training and skill refining

Perfect profile features are:
- minimum one year experience in lift installation
- strong safety orientation
- problem solving attitude
- respect for rules and installation methods

According to skill and attitude, a Foreman Fitter can operate as a mono-brand installer, or range between different brands.
Driving license and language skills are always preferential items.
