A strategic role, reserved to those who, in addition to a relevant experience in the lift industry, present top-gold level skills in management, coordination and communication.
Conceived as the link between management and field operational staff, Supervisor / Trainer is in charge to give support to Company installation teams, by traveling intervention on European territory.
Main role tasks are:
- preliminary site visits on main projects
- classroom and field training sessions
- safety and quality audits
- fine tuning, commissioning and remarks fixation
Supervisor / Trainer is a key figure in new resource training and skill refresh and refining for operating technicians.
In addition to pre-mentioned requirements, we give particular relevance to work autonomy, proactivity, constructive dialogue and full Company policies compliance.
Driving license and language skills (English, Italian and French) are basic requirements.
